(Penulisan 2) Hurts (Part II)

Keesokan haripun tiba, aku mendapat pesan Line dari Rafman,

"Hai Oliv, mau nonton bioskop ngga siang ini?"  Begitu bunyi pesannya.

"Hah? Aduh, aku sedang ada kelas kalau sekarang. Bagaimana kalau jam 4 sore nanti?" Jawabku.

"Oh yasudah tak apa, nanti kabarkan aku lagi ya, Liv." Balasnya.

Kurang lebih seminggu sudah aku kenal dengan dia, tapi dia tak langsung mengajakku nonton, ku kira tak jadi.

"Ini perjalanan pertamaku dengan dia" pikirku dalam hati saat itu.
Waktu sudah menunjukan pukul setengah 4 sore, aku bergegas memberi kabar pada Rafman. Oh iya, Rafman tidak ingin aku memanggil dirinya dengan sebutan "Kak" meskipun dia seniorku di kampus, sampai sekarangpun aku tak tahu mengapa.
Akupun dijemput ke kampus dengannya menggunakan mobil.

"Sedang tidak ada kelas?" Tanyaku memulai pembicaraan.

"Tidak, tapi besok ada" jawabnya. "Mau nonton dimana kita, Liv?" Lanjutnya bertanya.

"Hmm, dimana saja, yang dekat sini juga boleh".

Akhirnya kita nonton bioskop disalah satu mall yang cukup mewah di bilangan Jakarta Selatan. Saat itu kami menonton film yang kebetulan sama-sama kesukaan kami dengan pemeran utama Shailene Woodley dan Theo James.

Acara filmpun selesai, sesudah itu kami memutuskan makan ditempat yang sama di dalam mall ini. Dipertengahan makan, Rafman memulai pembicaraan,

"Liv, salah ngga kalau aku nyaman sama kamu?.

"Eh? Nyaman gimana maksudnya, Raf?" Jawabku dengan intonasi menahan kaget meskipun agak gemetar. Hehe, maklum aku orangnya suka sekali nerveous tiba-tiba.

"Engga tau, aku ada rasa nyaman sama kamu, kayak ngga mau jauh dari kamu, padahal kita baru seminggu kenal".
Jawabnya sambil menatap mataku.

Sebenarnya aku bahagia dia berbicara seperti itu padaku, karena selama ini kalau teleponan aku hanya saling curhat masalah kampus ataupun masa lalu aku maupun masa lalu Rafman sendiri. Tapi, disisi lain aku merasakan nerveous yang agak dalam, hatiku merasakan senang tapi tubuhku bergetar seakan tidak percaya.

"Aku tidak bisa berkata apa-apa sebenarnya, karena aku senang kamu nyaman sama aku, akupun nyaman sama kamu, Raf". Ucapku.

"Kita lanjutin, yuk? Kamu jangan pergi dari aku ya, Oliv". Pintanya kepadaku.

Aku hanya mengangguk. Setelah itu kita pulang, tapi sebelumnya Rafman mengantarkanku ke kampus lagi karena aku bawa kendaraan tadi waktu berangkat kuliah.

Sebulan berlalu, kehidupan aku dan Rafman berjalan seperti biasa tapi mungkin ditambah perasaan sayang dariku untuk dia ataupun sebaliknya.
Aku bukan percaya diri, tapi dia sendiri yang pernah bilang padaku kalau dia mulai menyayangiku, dan seperti biasa akupun senang sekali.

Sampai waktunya tiba, ada pesan Whatsapp dari seseorang aku tidak tahu siapa, karena nomernya asing buatku.

"Oliv, masih ingat aku?". Begitulah bunyi pesan tersebut.

(Penulisan 1) Hurts (Part I)

Perkenalkan namaku Oliv, sekarang aku duduk dibangku kuliah semester 7 disalah satu universitas swasta di Jakarta. Aku ingin bercerita mengenai kisahku dulu yang sudah lama terjadi.

Saat itu bulan Februari tahun 2016, saat diriku masih ada disemester awal perkuliahan, aku tak tahu tepatnya tanggal berapa, temanku bernama Renata mengenalkan aku dengan seorang lelaki, mungkin Renata tahu aku sudah tidak punya pacar saat itu, jadi dia memberikan ID Line-ku ke kakak kelas kita yang satu tempat kuliah dengan jurusan yang sama. Saat aku bertanya

"Untuk apa kamu memberikan ID line-ku? Aku saja tidak kenal" tanyaku pada Renata.

Renata menjawab "Tak apa, dia mengajakku nonton film di bioskop, tapi aku tidak suka dengan filmnya, aku tawarkan saja ke kamu, mungkin kamu mau nonton sama dia".

Malam tiba dan handphoneku bergetar tanda pesan Line masuk, aku melihat username bernama "Rafman" memberikan ku pesan "Assalamualaikum".

Lantas aku jawab "Walaikumsalam, maaf siapa ya?" 

Pesan itu menjawab "Aku Rafman, kamu benar Oliv temannya Renata, kan?"

Akhirnya pertanyaan itu aku iya-kan, lalu kita berdua asyik berbalas pesan hingga dilanjut dengan telponan sampai larut malam, pikirku "Asyik juga ya ini senior, bisa diajak ngobrol dan seru."

Sampai pada akhirnya dia mengajakku bertemu dikampus, tentu saja aku mau, menurutku tempat yang aman untuk bertemu dengan seseorang yang baru dikenal itu ditempat ramai, apalagi aku satu kampus dengan dia, aku meyakinkan diri kalau dia orang baik.

Sampailah saatnya kita bertemu untuk pertama kalinya, aku melihat seorang lelaki sedang seperti mencari seseorang, sampai saatnya aku sadar wajah dia adalah orang yang sama dengan foto orang yang chattingan denganku semalam, pandangan pertama ku kepadanya sepertinya punya daya tarik sendiri, dia tinggi, lumayan ganteng dengan senyumnya yang manis. Lelaki itu lantas datang kepadaku "Oliv ya?" 

"Iya.." jawabku.

"Oh berarti ngga salah orang ya, aku Rafman."

"Eh, iya kak Rafman, apa kabar?"

Setelah itu kita ngobrol dan agak menghabiskan waktu berdua di lobby kampus. Sebenarnya saat itu aku takut dan gelisah, karena katanya Renata suka sama Rafman, meskipun Rafman mengaku tidak memiliki rasa yang lebih ke Renata. Tapi tetap saja, Renata itu temanku, dan aku sedang berdua dengan laki-laki yang dia suka, aku takut dia marah padaku, tapi setelah ku pikir, kan dia sendiri yang mengenalkan aku dengan Rafman, jadi untuk apa dia marah.
Perkenalan itu terjadi dengan sempurna.(bersambung)

Passive Voice

Passive voice definition: The passive voice is a style of writing where what would be the object of a sentence becomes the subject of the sentence.

What is Passive Voice?

What does passive voice mean? The passive writing voice occurs when something that is ordinarily “done by” the subject of a sentence is “done by” the object of a sentence.
In the passive writing voice, whatever is doing the action of the sentence is not the grammatical subject of the sentence.
Passive Voice Examples:

• The work was completed by Jaime.

Even though “Jaime” completed the work, “Jaime” is not the grammatical subject of this sentence. The subject of this sentence is “work.”
In passive sentences, the thing that seems to be doing the action will be ordered chronologically after the verb.

• The ball was hit by Johnny.

Again, in this sentence, rather than say, “Johnny hit the ball.” the ball becomes the subject of the sentence.

How is the Passive Voice Formed?

Passive construction: The passive writing voice is formed when what should be the object of a sentence becomes the subject of a sentence.
To construct a sentence in the passive writing voice, the subject will be followed by a “to be” verb with a past participle.

               As a humans, we definitely want to travel around the world, one of the famous country is United States

 of America, where the people in other country wants to visit. But, before we visit the US, we should know the 

step which must be bypassed at the airport, such as passport control processing, baggage claim, and final 

checkpoint.

                Step one, passport control processing, US citizen, or visitor from another country should select the corresponding line. At select airports, US citizen approved for the Global Entry program can proceed in kiosk automated for faster processing, must be approved by CBP for this program. For more information, you can go www.globaentry.gov website. All travelers must have completed the form from CBP. If you are not citizen or canadian citizen, you must have completed an I-94  arrival and departure form. All visitors from a visa waiver country are required to have a travel authorization thru the ESTA (Electronic System for Travel Authorization).

                 Step two, to claim the baggage, you have to follow the sign to the baggage claim carousels, after you claiming your bag, follow the exit sign and the next CBP to complete step number two.

                 Step three, final checkpoint, travelers with connecting flight will need to have their baggage to checked again by Transportation Security Administration officer in order to board to the next flight. But, if this your final destination you can get information about ground transportation, hotel, etc.
